Highly seasonal and really delicious limited edition pickle, made using unrefined Sesame Oil and Whole Guntur Byadgi Mirch in traditional Bharnis (ceramic jars) using lacto fermentation techniques and does not contain synthetic or natural vinegar.
Indian Hog Plums or Ambadi, Turmeric Powder, Coriander seeds, Fennel seeds, Split mustard seeds (Mohri dal), Black pepper, Fenugreek seeds, Onion seeds (Kalonji), Whole Red Chilli (Guntur Byadgi Mirch), Asafoetida (Khada Hing), Sesame Oil, Himalayan Pink Salt.
