Prepared in Iron Kadhais (Wok) on firewood. Plant based coagulant (Ladies Finger/ Okra Pulp) used to treat the sugarcane juice. The jaggery is spiced using Green Cardamom, Dry Ginger powder and Fennel seed powder.
Sugarcane (99.12%), A2 Cow Ghee (0.39%), Green Cardamom (0.12%), Dry Ginger powder (0.12%) and Fennel seed powder (0.24%).
Store in an airtight container away from heat or moisture
Best before 12 months from manufacture.
